Meet Daniel
Daniel was born in Seoul, Korea and grew up in Long Island, New York; Daejeon, Korea; and Brusssels, Belgium. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in chemistry and a minor in computer science. While at CMU, Daniel worked with Dr. Stefan Bernhard to investigate photocatalytic properties of iridium based complexes. He also worked with Dr. Anthony Rollett to extract latent information regarding superalloys in scientific journals using natural language processing. Outside of lab, Daniel enjoys playing chess, basketball, super smash bros, and singing.
