
Meet Michael
Michael was born and raised in Mountain View, CA. In 2025, he graduated with a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he developed phenol dearomatization methodologies in the laboratories of Prof. Jeffrey Johnson. Additionally, he completed process chemistry internships at Corteva Agriscience and Bristol Myers Squibb. Outside of lab, Michael enjoys anything food and drink-related, collecting board games, learning new trivia, and extolling the virtues of the color orange.
