Talia recently packed up her car (with some help from her dog Bialy) and headed north to the Boston area to begin a new position at Snapdragon Chemistry. You certainly will be missed by all in the Doyle Lab, but we congratulate you on landing a fantastic job and wish you all the best

Congratulations to our super postdoc Makeda Tekle-Smith on being selected at a 2020 CAS Future Leader! Makeda will be heading to the CAS headquarters in August for a weeklong program with her fellow Future Leaders (read more here). Awesome job!

Congratulations to our phenomenal postdoc Dr. Marvin Parasram on accepting a position at New York University as their next Assistant Professor of Chemistry!  Stay tuned for some awesome chemistry coming from the Parasram Lab starting Fall 2020!

Congrats to our incredible postdoc Dr. Laura Ackerman on recently starting her independent career as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry Arizona State University! We can’t wait to see the awesome science that comes out of the Ackerman Lab!

Shout out to former Doyle Lab undergraduate Matthew Landry (Princeton A.B. ’13, Stanford PhD ’18) on starting a new job at Genentech! Matt was featured in a C&EN article titled Recent Hires Reflect on the Industry Experience.

On December 30th, 2018, Laura Ackerman and Kyle Biegasiewicz (postdoc in the Hyster Lab) were married on the beautiful North Shore of O’ahu, Hawaii! Many people from both labs were in attendance for the special occasion. Congratulations Laura and Kyle!
