CM-Stephen

Stephen grew up in Cupertino, CA. He graduated from Stanford University, where he worked under Prof. Justin Du Bois. During his time there, Stephen developed a second-generation synthesis of an intermediate towards the natural product pactamycin, and also investigated the copper-catalyzed N-arylation of cyclic sulfamates. Outside of chemistry, Stephen enjoys playing jazz piano, finding new places to eat, and spending time with friends and family.
