Meet Will
Will grew up in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2017. As an undergraduate, he conducted research in the lab of Prof. Damien Guironnet developing non-linear bottlebrush polymer, and also spent two summers working in the lab of Prof. Robert Grubbs at Caltech. Will began his graduate studies working with Prof. Brad Carrow, and joined the Doyle group in March 2020. Outside of lab, Will enjoys painting, swimming, and watching movies.
